I have always had a flair for fashion and theatre design and have always wanted to pursue a career in the industry.
During my fashion and theatre education in Bournemouth, at The Arts Institute, I specialized in costumes for films and television. After graduating I began training at The Royal Shakespeare Company, recognized as having one of the country's finest costume departments, specializing in creating period costumes using historically accurate techniques. I gained the knowledge of cut, construction and durability within design.

From the RSC, I then went on to be Wardrobe Mistress at The Leicester Haymarket Theatre. What an experience!
Throughout my career I have always designed and made bridal-wear. With more than a decade of knowledge and experience behind me, I decided that it was time to go at it alone and in 2005 launch my own boutique. The rest, as they say, is history!
